CGI Images for Vestil Manufacturing

Vestil builds and sells over 10,000 different items, many of which are built-to-order. Taking photos of all of them is almost impossible due to the different models that are offered. One of my responsibilities was rendering images of the products Vestil does not have images of using Solidworks and Solidworks Visualize. I have rendered images for over 2,000+ products.

This is an application image of a Vestil drum dolly. The entire enviroment was created and rendered in Solidworks Visualize.

I rendered the semi and dock in Solidworks Visualize to show the dangers of not using trailer stabilizing jacks.

This is a steel platform truck that Vestil builds. In the background, there are other Vestil products in the warehouse. Rendered in Solidworks Visualize.

This is an application image featuring the new Vestil carriage-mount lift master boom. I did not create the fork truck, but I textured and rendered it.

I built the above environment in Solidworks Visualize and used Photoshop to edit in a Vestil floor jack. We do not have an environment suitable for application images of this product, so this was the only way to get pictures in use.

Outdoor application image for Vestil’s container ramps. I created the container and inserted it into the environment. I had to manually wrap the chain around the container to show it properly attached.

This image is a perfect mix of a CGI rendered image with an actual product edited in. It is a Vestil portable scissor table that includes a scale and programmer.
